  • Standard Projects: 50% deposit required to begin work, remaining 50% due upon project completion and final inspection
  • Large Projects ($10,000+): 30% deposit, 40% at halfway milestone, 30% upon completion
  • Small Repairs: Full payment due upon completion for projects under $2,500

  • • Client approval required for material substitutions
  • • Material warranties transferred to property owner

Warranty Coverage

  • • 5-year warranty on workmanship and installation
  • • 1-year warranty on color and texture consistency
  • • Manufacturer warranties on all materials included
  • • Annual inspection recommended for warranty maintenance
  • • Warranty void if unauthorized modifications made

Weather Conditions

  • • Work suspended during rain or high humidity (>85%)
  • • Temperature must be between 40°F and 90°F
  • • Wind speeds above 25 mph may delay application

Client Responsibilities

Liability & Insurance

  • • Fully licensed and insured contractor
  • • $2M general liability coverage maintained
  • • Workers’ compensation insurance for all employees
  • • Property damage coverage up to $500K per incident
  • • Bonded for projects over $25,000
